Fees
Our service fee is calculated in proportion to the value of the property and is payable in case of successful purchase at auction.

To receive a detailed cost estimate, including applicable state taxes for the purchase, please contact us by email or get in touch, specifying the property you are interested in.

Additional Services (payable regardless of auction outcome)

• Accompanied viewings – Visit up to 3 properties of your choice with us: € 150

• Video call or in-office appointment – € 50 per hour or part thereof (usually 2 hours are enough to prepare all necessary steps for participation)

• Brief email consultation – Free of charge

   

  Important Note

  If you participate in an auction and win, any amounts already paid for accompanied viewings and/or appointments will be deducted from the final auction assistance fee as a partial advance payment.
